Q: Do I need the title to junk my car?
A: It all depends on the laws of the state you live in. If you do not have the title, let us know. We should be able to help.

Q: My junk vehicle has unpaid parking tickets. Can I still have you remove it?
A: You may junk your junk vehicle if you have unpaid parking tickets. You are still responsible for paying the parking tickets. Submit your junk vehicle online and our staff will assist in the removal.
Q: What if my junk car was in an accident?
A: We still take junk vehicles which were in accidents.
Q: What do you do with my junk car after you take it?
A: We utilize modern tools and equipment to process and scrap the junk car in an environmentally responsible manner, renewing resources through scrap processing.
Q: Isn’t it better to donate my junk vehicle to Charity?
A: Not necessarily, in the past many people received large tax deductions, because they donate their junk car to charity. Beginning January 2005 that all changed. If you donated a junk vehicle to a qualified charitable organization in 2008 and intend to claim a deduction you should review the special rules that apply to junk vehicle donations. You can deduct contributions to a charity only if you itemize deductions on Schedule A of Form 1040, and there are rules as to what amount can be deducted.
